We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with breakfast. There were coffee & tea making machines and a fridge. Location: the hotel was not far from alot main stores like Walmart and Sam's, Publix, Ross Dress For Less and great food restaurants, many restaurants and other amenities and the market.

The room was nice and spacious. It was updated in design. I liked that they had starbucks coffee in the morning in the lobby.
I'm very funny about smells. Although the room was clean it was a scent associated with the room that did not smell like any cleaning agent I was familiar with. Not that it was necessarily bad but I thought that it was somewhat floral smelling and a lot of times that makes me think another odor is being covered up. Just an observation. Not anything major.

Quiet, very comfortable beds and spacious rooms with a small frig. I would always stay at a Marriott courtyard except sometimes they are too pricey compared to other hotels in an area

The room with breakfast was good value. The location was great, for example, Virginia Center Commons was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. I visited bistros and cafés close to the property.
